Dabartiniame gyvenime mes vis dažniau patikime savo sveikatą žmonėms, kurių požiūris į mediciną netradicinis. Dažniausiai jie neturi medicininio išsilavinimo, bet jų gydymo metodai nedraudžiami, nes nėra efektyvūs ir neturi šalutinio poveikio. Tačiau tokia oficiali nuomonė nenusako visos esmės. Iš vienos pusės, kai kurie gydymo metodai yra tikrai efektyvūs ir todėl tampa svarbia ligonių gydymo terapijos dalimi. Antra vertus, kiti – tiesiog pavojingi ir gali padaryti žalą arba net nužudyti sergantįjį.
Pavyzdys pamąstymui
Yra toks terapijos metodas, urinoterapija – gydymas šlapimu. Kaip teigia gydytojai nefrologai, tokio „vaisto” vartojimo į vidų pasekmės dažnai būna pavojingos: neretai kraujyje padidėja šlapalo koncentracija, o kartais ima kraujuoti iš inkstų. Juk žmonės, kurie naudojasi tokiu gydymu, visai nesusimasto apie tai, kad šlapimas pats yra medžiagų apykaitos produktas, ir išskiriamas iš organizmo, kaip nebereikalingas. Nereikia galvoti, kad mūsų organizmas toks kvailas, kad ims šalinti naudingas medžiagas. Taigi kokia tada nauda iš tokio gydymo?
Objektyvumo vardan reikia pasakyti, kad urinoterapijos šalininkai teigia, jog yra atlikta medicininių tyrimų, kurie parodė, jog daugelis kraujo elementų, rastų šlapime, turi medicininę vertę, o sugrąžintas atgal į kūną (geriamas) šlapimas stiprina kūno imuninę sistemą ir stimuliuoja gydymą bei sveikimą. Kai kurie šlapimo komponentai naudojami vaistų gamyboje. Mediciniškai įrodytos ir šlapalo drėkinamosios savybės, todėl jo dedama į kremus ir losjonus.
Tačiau: Žvelgiant į istoriją, urinoterapija kažkada buvo pritaikoma vieno ar kito negalavimo atveju liaudies medicinoje. Praktinė, modernioji medicina jokia moksline literatūra negali pagrįsti tokio gydymo metodo.
Kokių taisyklių reiktų laikytis, kad nepakenktumėm savo organizmui?
- Jei netradicinės medicinos specialistas jums sako, kad vienu gydymo tipu ar preparatu galima išgydyti vos ne visas jūsų ligas, būkite šiam teigimui skeptiški.
- Jei jis jums žada, kad visiškai išgysite nuo chroniškos ligos, žinokite, kad tai ne tiesa, nes chroniškos ligos neišgydomos ir galima tik sulaukti negalavimo palengvėjimo, pristabdyti ligos eigą, numalšinti paūmėjimą.
- Jei toks gydytojas pateikia jums duomenis apie efektyvius savo preparato tyrimus, juo reiktų tikėti tik tais atvejais, kai jūs patys pažįstate tuos žmones, kuriuos šis vaistas (?) išgydė arba tuos tyrimus kontroliavo sveikatos apsaugos organai.
- Jei jus prižiūrintis gydytojas jums nerekomenduoja gydymosi netradicine medicina, motyvuodamas galima žala jūsų organizmui – žinokite, toks gydymas jums pavojingas.
- Ir, ko gero paskutinė, bet svarbiausia taisyklė – neužsiimkite savigyda – pavyzdžiui, išgirdote per televizorių, kad esant kai kurioms inkstų ligoms tokie gydytojai pataria gerti tam tikrą žolių rinkinį. Jei jūs jau apsisprendėte, kad įprasta medicina ne jums ir nutarėte pasinaudoti netradicine, kreipkitės į tikrus tos srities specialistus. Ir nesinaudokite patarimais, dėl kurių galite sulaukti nenuspėjamos jūsų organizmo reakcijos ir galutinio rezultato. Juk netgi jei šis žolių rinkinys iš tikrųjų naudojamas sergant inkstų ligomis – dar reiktų tiksliai žinoti, kaip jį naudoti ir pasikonsultuoti, ar tai tiks būtent jums.
Žinoma, kad pas magus, būrėjus ir ekstrasensus mes einam ne iš gero gyvenimo, o tada kai mūsų gydytojas mūsų nebenuramina ir neišgydo. Čia kalti jau mes visi – ir gydytojas, kuris, galbūt, nesugebėjo nustatyti ligos diagnozės ar ji buvo neteisinga arba paprasčiausiai nesugebėjo įtikinti ligonį diagnozės rimtumu, ir pats ligonis, ieškantis greito ir lengvo išgijimo, o taip pat ir netradicinės medicinos specialistas, kuris beje irgi gali jus neteisingai „pagydyti”.

Ženšenio šaknis – cukriniam diabetui, akupunktūra – migrenai, o čigong (qi gong) – pernelyg aukštam kraujospūdžiui gydyti. Kinų ir indų gydymo būdai jau taikomi ne tik netradicinės medicinos kabinetuose. Vis dažniau rekomenduojami gydytojų, jie virsta pripažinta gydymo priemone. Klasikinė medicina dažniau gali kovoti su sunkiomis ligomis ir gelbėti gyvybę: įveikti vėžį, pakeisti organus. Vis dėlto jai nelabai gerai sekasi kovoti su ilgalaikėmis, psichosomatinėmis, hormonų pusiausvyros sutrikimo ligomis. Tokiu atveju praverčia netradicinė medicina, tai jau pripažįsta ir mokslas. Ji, priešingai nei farmakologinės priemonės, neturi neigiamo šalutinio poveikio.
Galų gale, rinktis jums patiems, ir nežiūrint į šiek tiek skeptišką šio straipsnio požiūrį į kai kuriuos gydymo būdus, naudojamus netradicinėje medicinoje, vis dėlto dauguma medikų pripažįsta, kad ji, kaip ir standartinė gali kurti stebuklus, svarbiausia – kad jūs rimtai užsiimtumėt gydymusi, kurį pasirinkote ir tikėtumėt, kad pasveiksite.

I want to give an unlimited thanks to this Great man Called Dr. Okaya. I am happy today because my husband is now back with full of love, My husband left me for another woman,just because we had a little misunderstanding. he left me and promise he will never come back to me again. i cry all day looking for a solution to help me bring him back.
